daily life. Now a days people are suffering in many ways. Suffering from many
diseases like diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, heart diseases and is big
problem facing that people are going to be fatty etc. So in this situation we
the people need to be very conscious about food value. So here I am
explaining some vegetables food value with the photos. The photos are collected
by my own self and it is very practical photo. The information about food value

fiber, 0.4 gram fat, 30 kilo calory energy, 33 mg calcium, 57 mg phosphoras,
1.23 mg iron, 30 micro gram carotin, 56 mg vitamin "C" and 1.14 mg vitamin B complex.
