                         Flowers are very special thing for life. It is the symbol of love, joy and pleasant. Flowers can provide affection also. Its can communicate with each other and can make good relation among more people. It has strong capability to transfer the feeling to each other. So it is strong part of human life. 

 There are various kind of flowers. Some flowers bloom in seasonally some bloom in whole year. There are climbing flowers also. It has various color and various smell.  Colors are white, red, pink, violet and also many other colors. 

Some flowers has very gorgeous and rich sent. Gardenia is one of them. Rose is a one of gorgeous flower. It has nice smell. Rose is a romantic flower. Its specially uses in Valentine's day also its uses in various fastball.

Now the marigold, its look specially   yellow and red. it has also good smell. Marigold usually bloom in winter.

Pale Carplet fish

 Among small fishes the Pale Carplet fish is the most familiar and acceptable fish to the Bangladeshi people. It is very testy and nutritious. It is very easy to farming in the pond.

Effective material: Each 100 gram Carplet fish has protein, little bit amount of fat and energy, 853 mg calcium, 3.2 mg zink, 5.7 mg iron, 2000 I U vitamin A, little bit of vitamin B complex and omega - 3- fatty acid. 

Medicinal quality: Carplet fish is helpful for night blind people for lacking of Vitamin A. Also it is very useful for other problem of eyes. During pregnant period the calcium of this fish form the bone of new born baby and fulfill the lacking of blood and nutrition.

 Brinjal is available vegetable of whole year. It has various color like green, white and purple. Brinjal is very much of nutritious and testy vegetable.  

Effective material: Each 100 gram brinjal contains 1.4 gram protein, 4 gram carbohydrate, 1.3 gram fiber, 0.3gram fat, 30 kilo calory energy, 18 mg calcium, 47 mg phosphorus, 0.38 mg iron, 78 micrograms carotin.12 mg vitamin "C" and 2.9 mg vitamin K.

Medicinal quality: The brinjal recover the lacking of blood in body.
