The balance diet is an important issues of our
daily life. Now a days people are suffering in many ways. Suffering from many
diseases like diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, heart diseases and is big
problem facing that people are going to be fatty etc. So in this situation we
the people need to be very conscious about food value. So here I am
explaining some vegetables food value with the photos. The photos are collected
by my own self and it is very practical photo. The information about food value
I have collected from one book. The book photo's I am adding in bellow.

Brinjal is available vegetable of whole year. It has various color like green, white and purple. Brinjal is very much of nutritious and testy vegetable.
